I grew up in a traditional Italian household where the kitchen was the center of everything. Baking alongside my mother, I learned that food is love, tradition, and family. Those early lessons sparked a lifelong passion for creating authentic Italian baked goods.

Years later, I met my fiancé, who immigrated to America in 1971 and shared my desire to preserve the flavors of his heritage — especially traditional Italian bread. Together, we refined and perfected classic recipes, from crusty Italian bread to cookies and other beloved baked goods.

Today, I continue to honor my roots by sharing the authentic tastes and traditions I learned growing up by bringing good Italian bread back to Endicott
