Please carry your cake by placing your hands on the bottom of the box. Do not carry from the sides. Ensure the cake is level at all times during storage, travel, and display. Store the cake in the refrigerator before the event. Remove the cake from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving. Store any leftover cake in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Cake expiration depends on the Cakes ingredients: spongy cake 3-4 days and cakes with cream, custards, or fresh fruits 1-2 days. Please remember that heat is not your friend.

At the time of booking, client is required to pay a nonrefundable deposit and sign the contract agreeing to the set terms. The deposit is to be paid to reserve your date and is nonrefundable in the event of the cancelation. In the case that an event is changed to another date, there will not be any additional charge for date change. However, Panda's Cakes cannot guarantee that all accommodations can be made in case of a changed date. Cake availability is based on a first come, first serve basis. FINAL PAYMENT: The final balance will be due one week before the event date. Although Panda's Cakes will send reminders, it is up to the client to send any payments prior to the event date. If final payment is not received by 7 days prior to event date, Panda's Cakes will not be held responsible for completing the requested services, and will keep 50% of the payments made, or the nonrefundable deposit amount ( whichever amount is greater). CANCELATION POLICY: In the event of a cancelation, Panda's Cakes will retain the nonrefundable deposit that was paid at the time of booking. If the cancelation is within two weeks of the event, then 50% of the order amount will be retained by Panda's Cakes. Remember, communication is the key. NON-EDIBLE ITEMS: Panda's Cakes will not be responsible for consumption of any non- edible items placed on your cake, such as flowers, wires, pearls, ribbons, etc. Any non-edible items must be removed by the client before the cake is consumed. ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: Panda's Cakes is not responsible for any medical issues that may arise from consuming the products. The client must disclose any known allergen of them or their guests at the time of cake consultation. Client must understand that in case of an extreme allergen or medical condition, Panda's Cakes strongly recommends the client order through another specialized bekery.
