I’m Julianna, the baker and owner of Pan de Luna.

My love for baking was sparked and nurtured by the wonderful women who have been in my life since childhood. What started as a passion project at the beginning of 2025 has blossomed into a business!

Through focused dedication, I’ve perfected the art of sourdough. Every loaf and bakery item is naturally leavened, slow-fermented, and made with love - right from my home kitchen to yours. We believe in crafting bread the way it should be.
