ORDERING & PAYMENT POLICY

Pre-Sale Order Policy (see below for full agreement on all other orders)

Thank you for your PRE-SALE order! To ensure a smooth process, please review our policy:

* Payment: Full payment is due at the time the order is placed.

* Final Sale: All sales are final once payment is received. We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.

* Order Pickup: It is essential to pick up your order at the scheduled time to receive the product at its freshest. Orders that are not picked up on time without prior communication will be considered canceled.

AGREEMENT FOR ALL OTHER ORDERS

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in Pammie Cakes’ Ordering and Payment Policies as stated below.

Deposit – All custom orders placed more than two (2) weeks before pickup/delivery require a non-refundable deposit equal to one-third (33%) of the total order cost. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Final Payment – For orders placed more than two (2) weeks before pickup/delivery, the remaining balance is due one (1) day before pickup or delivery.

Rush Orders – Orders placed less than two (2) weeks before pickup/delivery must be paid in full at the time of ordering and are subject to a rush fee of 20%–40% of the order total, depending on the amount of notice given and the level of detail required.

Payment Methods – Zelle is the preferred payment method. We also accept CashApp and Venmo. Credit card payments are accepted with a 3.9% processing fee added to the total.

Cancellation Policy – All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your order at least seven (7) days before pickup/delivery, you will receive a credit for the amount paid, minus any costs already incurred for materials purchased specifically for your order that cannot be used for future orders. This credit can be applied toward a future order within six (6) months from the date of cancellation. Credits are non-transferable and expire after six months. Rescheduling and fulfillment of the new order are not guaranteed and are dependent upon Pammie Cakes’ availability on the requested date.

Changes to Orders – Changes must be requested no later than 48 hours before pickup/delivery, may affect the final price, and are not guaranteed. Some change requests cannot be honored due to scheduling, design complexity, or ingredient availability. Rush fees may apply if changes shorten the lead time.

Late Payments – Final payments not received by the due date may result in order cancellation without credit.
