Hello! My name is Jessica. I am a licensed baker and the proud Founder & CEO of P&Dtastytreats, LLC.in Oakland, TN. The name of my company was derived from the two most important people in my life, my children, Paris and Des. Baking has been a passion of mine since the age of 7. Combining the two aspects of my life, I started my in-home bakery business in May of 2020. I have since expanded my business serving the Mid-South & surrounding areas. I offer a wide variety of cakes, cookies, and treats for any special occasion!

• IF YOUR ORDER IS $50 & UNDER FULL

PAYMENT IS DUE. IF PAYMENT IS OVER

$50, 100% OF PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN

PLACING ORDER.

•TRANSACTION FEES: Square: $4.00

•CUSTOMER HAS 15 minutes after pick up time to avoid extra fee.

•PLEASE BOOK 5-7 days IN ADVANCE TO AVOID $35 RUSH ORDER FEE.

• IF BOOKING LESS THAN 5-7 DAYS AWAY FROM SERVICE DATE; YOUR FULL PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN ORDERING

• ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE

NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS FAULT IS ON

• YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED WITHIN 24hrs IF PAYMENT ISN’T RECEIVED.

•ALL REMAINING PAYMENTS ARE DUE BEFORE PICKUP/DELIVERY.

• ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR CAKE/CUPCAKES PLACE THEM ON A FLAT SURFACE. PREFERABLY THE FLOOR BOARD TO AVOID DAMAGES TO THE CAKE.

• DO NOT LEAVE THE CAKE/CUPCAKES IN THE CAR OR IN HOT WEATHER CONDITIONS .

• ANY DAMAGES DONE TO CAKE ONCE DELIVERY IS SUCCESSFUL IS NOT OWNER’S FAULT.
