Hi! I’m Wels, a mom of three who recently found herself at a crossroads, and chose to pour her heart into something she truly loves: baking. What started as a passion in my home kitchen has grown into a mission to serve handcrafted sourdough made with natural ingredients, floured hands, and a heart full of love. Every loaf is thoughtfully fermented, baked fresh, and meant to bring comfort, connection, and joy to your table.
Pick ups are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at my home in Barrington Hills (address provided upon order) or at Angelina in the Ice House Mall on Fridays.

Full payment is due at the time of invoicing for all orders under $20.
Please provide at least one day notice of order to ensure your request can be fulfilled. For specialized or bulk orders, please provide 5 day notice.
