Hi,my name is Clems a
stay at home mom of 6 who loves cooking
gardening
preserving
and making everything homemade.
Baking with simple and healthy ingredients is my passion. Hand-crafted Freshly baked ,small batch
100% organic, bake goods.
From using 100% organic unbleached wheat flour in my made-from-scratch sourdough starter and baked goods, to the organic vanilla, to now offering several baked goods prepared with 100% organic unsifted freshly milled flour, every detail is considered when I create and bake recipes for my family and customers.
I also use either our fresh eggs, from friends, or bought in grocery from organic pasture raised chicken. All dairy used is organic or local when possible. The chocolate chips and other chocolate products are all organic . Any coloring in frostings or sprinkles used is 100% natural. The natural sweeteners I use are 100% organic. If any recipe calls for oil of any kind, I use organic avocado oil , organic expeller pressed coconut oil.
Purified water, Redmond Real Salt and Pink himalayan sea salt is what I use for baking. High quality baked goods, honestly and transparently, using the best ingredients for my family and to you.
