Hi there, welcome to Oregon Coast Sourdough!

We’re a small, family-run sourdough bakery based in Reedsport, Oregon. What started in 2024 as a doctor-recommended diet change turned into a full-blown love for baking. Lauren, our founder (and baker, and packager, and everything in between), began experimenting with sourdough and never looked back. Now we bake fresh, naturally leavened sourdough goods from our home kitchen and share them with our local community.
