Caiti has created beautiful and tasty cookies for my family times over the years and her designs have never failed to disappoint. She always shows the design beforehand for approval & is quick at responding. Looking forward to my next order!

I was so busy that I forgot to order cookies earlier for my sister’s bridal shower, but Open Window Sweets made the situation a breeze!! My friend had referred me to Caiti weeks in advance and I remembered one night that I had completely forgotten to reach out and there was literally 5 or 6 days till the shower. I messaged Caiti and she helped me every step of the way! She matched the colors to my sister’s wedding perfectly and made them custom for her. The cookies were an absolute hit and everyone who had one asked me to send them the link!! I could not be more grateful not only for the willingness to take on 3 dozen cookies last minute, but also to deliver them day-of to me!! I ordered lemon basil (EVERYONE NEEDS TO TRY THESE), her signature almond vanilla, and chocolate. Unfortunately I didn’t get to try the vanilla because they were gone so quick!! Without a doubt, I will be ordering cookies here in the future! Caiti is awesome!! The cookies are fantastic and soft and the frosting is delicious! You can tell the attention to detail and the pride in her work.
