50% deposit due within 48 hours of placing order to confirm your date.
Final payment due a week prior to pickup.
Policies
Payments, Deposits, Refunds
I require a 50% non refundable deposit within 48 hours after placing your order to guarantee your date.
The remaining balance will be due one weeky prior to pick up.
If for some reason you have to cancel, within a 2 weeks notice, you do have the option to transfer your deposit to hold your order for a different date.
If canceled with LESS than 2 weeks, deposit is therefore considered non refundable.
Rush Orders & Fees
Rush orders are any orders requested within less than a week’s notice. If I am available, i will gladly take your order!
If I am able to take your order, in the time frame needed, you will be required to pay a rush fee of $25.
Pick Ups & Delivery
After I have confirmed your order I will reach out to discuss pick up options. As I do work a full time job, most times I will have your order with me to pick up at my job. Or I can meet you before or after I get off, completely up to you!
Delivery:
As stated above I do work full time, so sometimes delivery is not possible, but if available at the time you need, I will happily deliver within a 25 miles radius for a $10 fee.
If more than 25 miles then it’ll be a $20 fee.
