1. Due to unforeseeable increases in supply/shipping costs, each quote is valid for 48 hours from the date of receipt. Quote will be null and void if not approved within this time frame. An order invoice will be sent upon quote approval. 2. A 50% booking fee is required to secure all orders and is non-refundable. This payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order invoice unless other arrangements have been previously made. If payment is not made, the order will be canceled without further notice. 3. Payment for the remaining balance due is required 24 hours prior to pick-up or delivery. If payment is not made, this contract is null and void, and the order will be withheld. 4. You may provide an inspiration photo for design purposes. However, One Busy B does not create exact replicas of any sort. 5. Any changes to order (size, design, or flavors) must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Additional charges may be incurred. Any changes requested after this date can not be guaranteed. 6. Delivery and setup are not included in product cost and will depend on the location of the venue. This fee will be itemized on the invoice. 7. One Busy B is not responsible for any damage to the order after pick-up or setup is completed. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the order. Remember that cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and optimal room temperature of 70°F or below. 8. If flowers are provided by an outside source, One Busy B will place them for an additional fee. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants and take full responsibility for any adverse reaction(s) associated. 9. If you or your representative elect to pick up the order, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the order after picking up. 10. On occasion, cakes will be photographed, and One Busy B reserves the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. 11. Products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold One Busy B and its owner harmless for any allergic/adverse reactions. 12. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon One Busy B's ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
