This place has the best pop tarts I’ve ever had, especially the Peach Cinnamon one. The bread is always fresh and you can tell it’s all made with love. :)

We were instroduced at a food truck fest, and I immediately sent my wife over to decide what we'll be taking home. We got the everything sourdough loaf, and we will be recommending this to everyone we know! By far the best sourdough I've had!

Best pop tarts I’ve ever had

The sourdough loaf was great and the pocket pastries were delicious. We are looking forward to the jalapeño cheddar sourdough we just got and will be regular customers going forward!

This is the best baker. His breads, scones, bagels & pop tarts(much more than a pop tart) are delicious. I’ve had them all & I highly recommend buying them. Don’t go another day without any of these delicious treats!

I picked up a loaf of sourdough and used it for grilled cheese! The texture and taste was amazing! Can't wait to try some other items!

The bagels are absolutely amazing! I’m usually not a huge fan of bagels for how bland and dense they are, but these bagels are light, airy, and flavorful! I’m hooked!

The Jalapeño Cheddar Loaf is so loaded and flavorful it's amazing, it makes great breakfast sandwiches. Also a big fan of the poptarts.

I’ve had the White Chocolate Strawberry Loaf and two Poptart varieties from On the Rise and everything has been well worth it. The bread is soft, flavorful, and the loaf was LARGE. The poptarts were perfect for breakfast and had great flavor. You seriously can’t go wrong

I have never been a bread guy - but the bread Loyie makes is darn near addicting - it is so good our dog ate half a loaf when we left him alone for 20 minutes - so much it is unanimous = delicious

Everything we've ordered thus far is craftfully decorated and packaged which perfectly compliments the quality. The pop tarts are fluffy and the filling was better than expected - not clumpy and sour but a sweet jam like blend. They tasted better than Christmas pastries! The bread and bagels are so fresh and healthy in taste. We are very pleased all around!

We got so many delicious items from On the Rise! The blueberry pop tarts brought me back to childhood without all the horrible ingredients. I can't wait to try the other flavors. The bagels were spot on with texture and taste. The sourdough loaves will be something we buy repeatedly and we will have so many flavors to try. On the Rise knocked it out of the park with these baked goods 👏

LJ’s pop tarts and cheddar jalapeño bagels were out of this world! The bagels were so savory with the perfect amount of delicious cheese and fresh peppers and the pop tarts had the most delicious sweet blueberry filling. I can’t wait to get my hands on more of these. Communication was great and delivery was prompt.

I barely was able to snag a jalapeño cheddar bagel before my family had polished them off! They made great sandwiches and were fantastic toasted with cream cheese. The sourdough loaf was lovely! Held up nicely for dipping in a hearty chicken stew.

Recently ordered a few packs of the poptarts and a sourdough loaf. Honestly best poptarts ever! I have never tasted something so delicious homemade just hits different.

We ordered an artisan loaf and bagels and were absolutely blown away by how tasty they both were. I would definitely recommend this bakery to anyone looking for fresh delicious bread.

Just bought from the on the rise team recently and let me tell you these bagels are magic! They taste amazing you could honestly eat them as is or just butter and it would be fab, but the texture is what astounds me! So fluffy and a perfect shiny outside. They toast amazing and I can’t wait to buy more in the future.

We ordered the Artisan original sourdough loaf and it was absolutely scrumptious! Loyie makes fantastic sourdough bread! It was soft, airy and light center with a great crust and flavor. We will be ordering regularly! If you like sourdough bread, Bakery on the Rise is the place to get it!

On the Rise provided me with a dozen bagels of premier quality. The water they're using is better than NYC. You can taste the similarities in sourdough mother and how this is the original- San Francisco being sharper and unrefined. If you're a bagel head, look no further- THESE ARE SUPERIOR. Thank you LJ and the On the Rise crew for a lovely experience and the tastiest bagels in the Rockies.
