Hi! I’m Shantell, the baker behind Olivia’s Sweet Treats, a home-based bakery specializing in custom decorated sugar cookies for all occasions.
Each cookie is baked from scratch and carefully hand-decorated to bring your vision to life — whether you’re celebrating birthdays, graduations, baby showers, holidays, or life’s sweet milestones.
I’m passionate about creating cookies that not only look beautiful but taste amazing too. Every order is made with attention to detail, quality ingredients, and lots of love.
I’m proudly assisted by my sister, Latoya Washington, who helps as my advertiser and assistant, ensuring smooth communication and helping Olivia’s Sweet Treats continue to grow and serve our amazing customers.

Effective July 1st, 2026:
All pricing and offerings are based on tier selection. Customers must select a tier (Basic, Premium, or Deluxe) prior to booking.
Pricing:
Pricing is based on tier selection: Basic, Premium, or Deluxe. Please review each tier carefully before placing your order.
Order Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required for all custom cookie orders
• I do NOT accept same-week orders
• All orders are subject to review and are not confirmed until details are finalized
Payment Policy:
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date
• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received
• Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours may result in cancellation
• Final payment is due 1 week before pickup
Pickup Policy:
• Pickup times will be confirmed prior to your order date
• A $5.00 late pickup fee will be applied if pickup is missed or delayed without prior arrangement

📋 ORDER POLICY
To ensure every order receives the time and attention it deserves, please review the following:
Advance Notice:
Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Same-week orders are not accepted.
Deposit & Confirmation Process:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Once your request is reviewed and all details are finalized, an invoice will be sent.
Final Payment:
Remaining balances are due 1 week prior to pickup.
Design Process:
Inspiration photos are welcome. While designs may be similar, each set is uniquely handcrafted and may vary slightly.
Changes & Cancellations:
Any changes must be requested at least 7 days before pickup. Deposits are non-refundable due to time reserved and preparation already begun.
Pickup & Responsibility:
Cookies are packaged with care and leave in perfect condition. Once picked up, Olivia’s Sweet Treats is not responsible for damage caused during transport or storage.
Allergy Notice:
Cookies are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
