Hi, I’m Gillian — baker, butter enthusiast, and the mama behind Olivia’s Rolls. 🍞💕 I started baking in my tiny kitchen as a way to slow down, spread joy, and bring a little extra comfort to people’s days, while also supporting my little family. My cinnamon rolls are big, gooey, and made in small batches with lots of love (and maybe too much butter — but I don’t believe that’s a thing).
