Olive Sweets

Olive Sweets will provide a professionally decorated dessert in a timely manner as specified. We appreciate your business and we are honored that you have chosen us for your special celebration. We guarantee that the flavors, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) please let us know at the time you receive your order or within 24 hours.

Olive Sweets will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once a cake has been picked up/delivered and “Accepted” by you or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will Olive Sweets provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our possession. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered. We only give credit refunds up to 24 hours if the product was damaged internally during baking process. This will be determined by Olive Sweets. Cake flavor and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after cake has been accepted and picked up will be at the sole discretion of Olive Sweets. We may consider a credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined not to meet our standards within 24 hours. Please note, we do taste our cakes daily to insure the highest quality. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Olive Sweets. Our cakes are baked from scratch with all natural ingredients, and need to be kept out at room temperature for at least an hour prior to serving. Keep in mind, variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the cake to some degree. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or changes in color or shape due to weather conditions.

*All deposits are non refundable* If you need to cancel an order up to 2 weeks or more prior to your order date, it is at the discretion of Olive Sweets to refund 50% of your payment if you have paid in full or to credit it to a future purchase. **There will be no refunds or credits up to 13 days before your order date to the day of your order**

Please be aware that although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen. Our products do contain eggs and nut products in the ingredients.

Olive Sweets accepts cash or Venmo. All cakes must be paid in full 1 week prior to date you need it in order to hold that date. If not paid in full 1 week prior, Olive Sweets will give your time slot to someone else. Invoices will be emailed to all customers and resent 1 week prior until paid. If paying by Venmo, please pay as Family & Friends so money is not deducted by Venmo from the amount you owe. You will need to add me as a friend @olivesweets A picture of my Venmo is saved in the Gallery.

All my cakes are made from a place of love and passion. Baking is an art to me and watching a mess turn into something beautiful is why I love baking. My cakes and fillings are made from scratch and not like a store bought manufactured item that is made on a process line with several others. Each one I make, is delicately handled and created like a masterpiece until the finished product that you love and enjoy.

All the ingredients I use are fresh and of the best quality.

All my cake fillings are made from ingredients that I make myself. I do not put pre packaged fillings in my cakes. The exception is the Boudin King Cake as I do not make Boudin.
