Orders must reach the minimum quantity of one dozen cookies, and will be ordered in dozen increments. We are not accepting half dozen orders at this time.

Cookies are available to be picked up any day in Northern Cambria, PA. OR You can arrange for pick up in Altoona, PA with Olivia on select weekdays.

Shipping is not available at this time.

The base price for cookies is $24 per dozen. This is for four colors of icing. Any additional colors, sprinkles or other decoration add-ons are an additional $.50 per cookie and will not be added on until we review the order and confirm it with you. If your total after order confirmation is higher than you expected, please reach out to us before paying your deposit.

Yes! You can attach your inspiration photos with your order. Please keep in mind that we cannot always replicate down to every small detail and your inspiration photos will be used as a guide more than an exact copy. If you do not have inspiration photos, please feel free to write any colors, details, themes, etc., in the notes section so that we can make your cookies perfect for your event!

We will complete any orders that we have the time to do. There will not be a rush fee however we also cannot guarantee that we will have the time to complete your order. If it can’t fit into the schedule, it will be declined. It’s recommended to place your order no later than three weeks before your event. The calendar often fills quickly, and we can’t guarantee that there will be time for each order. We want to fulfill as many orders as we can, but please keep in mind. This is a one-man show and I also have a full-time job on top of a one-year-old at home.

If you find designs on Pinterest or from other bakeries, you are more than welcome to send them along. I cannot make any promises that they will be an exact replica as I have my own style and way of decorating. Photos from other bakeries will be used more as a reference or a guide photo then an exact replica.

There is no set amount of designs/shapes per order however a $24/dozen order we have no more than four colors. Each additional color will cost $.50 per color per cookie cookie (i.e. an extra six dollars per dozen for five colors, an extra $12 per dozen for six colors, etc.)

If you need to make changes to your order, please message us as soon as possible. A quantity or shape of cookie cannot be changed after the cookies have been baked and colors cannot be changed after the icing has been made. Cookies are often baked in advance and frozen until it is time to decorate. Cookies are then iced the week of your event. Last-minute changes often cannot be accommodated, but we will try our best to make sure that you are satisfied.

Once we accept and confirm your order, we will send a request for a deposit of 25% of your order. This will need to be paid as soon as possible for us to begin completing your order.

Final payment will be due the day of pick up at the latest. Orders cannot be picked up without payment. if you are paying cash, this will be prearranged and you can pay at pick up.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If your cookies have not been made, you will be refunded your deposit. If your cookies have already been made, we will keep your deposit.
