‼️Custom Cake Order Information‼️

Custom cake orders requires a CONSULTATION before an order will be placed and before an invoice is sent to the customer. This can be via DM, TEXT, or EMAIL. * A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be required to place a custom order. The deposit can be between 50% - 100% of the total, depending on the order’s total. THIS IS AT OUR DISCRETION‼️ The remaining balance will be due the week before the due date. If the remaining balance is not paid by the end of due date, the customer then forfeits their order. * Customer is strongly encouraged to submit anything that will help us create your dream cake. This could be pictures, screenshots, swatches, party napkins, etc. Don’t be afraid to be as detailed as possible! More Details = Amazing Results! * ALL custom cake orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS. Last minute custom orders WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. * Customers MUST communicate any comments, concerns, or questions they may have pertaining to their order with us. This helps us provide the customer a cake they’ll love and enjoy to the fullest! Please don’t hesitate to contact us via TEXT, EMAIL or DM! We will respond to you guys as soon as we can!

‼️Ordering Information‼️

* ALL ORDERS WILL BE PLACED VIA INVOICE THROUGH OUR BAKESY SHOP LINK. DM and TEXT inquiries will have a link sent to the customer. BE SURE TO FILL OUT THE FORM COMPLETELY! * All orders must be paid in full!! If no payment is received within that 24hrs, then the order will be cancelled. Please try to be sure that you take ordering with us as serious as we do. * Once an order has been marked as paid, the order will then be NONREFUNDABLE! Please understand that issuing a refund is completely up to us and is at our discretion. *If any unseen circumstances are presented, customers are required to contact me (no later than 24hrs before pickup) and a solution will be discussed. If no contact is made by the customer before the pickup, and/or the customer fails to show, your order will be forfeited and absolutely no refund will be issued. * Rescheduling is to be communicated 24hrs before pickup. No last minute rescheduling. * Pickup locations will be given 24hrs before Sale event. * Once orders has been picked up and placed into the customers hands, we are no longer liable.
