All our products are made by us and are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

Ingredients:

All cakes, fillings and icings may contain, or come in contact with wheat, soy, dairy, nuts or other allergens.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Off The Fritz Bakery of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform their guests of allergy information. Off The Fritz Bakery will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of their baked goods.

Care & Handling:

We are not responsible for any damage to the baked goods after pick up or after set up is complete.

Photographs & Marketing:

We respect the privacy of all of our clients. We will not disclose the identity of clients without permission. We do however, reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use those photos on our website, social media or marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photos for display or promotion without any compensation to you.
