This is our sourdough bread made using all einkorn all-purpose flour and einkorn whole grain flour, as well as our pure einkorn sourdough starter.

Einkorn is one a very few remaining ancient grains which are grown from the original, unaltered strain of einkorn wheat. It has never been genetically altered or bred to change any characteristics. As such, its gluten protein structure is weaker, and it has a richer and nuttier flavor.

It is a possible alternative for those with gluten sensitivity. However, it is NOT for anyone with gluten intolerance or those with Celiac disease. Please do your own research if you have a gluten sensitivity.
