This is our very own recipe for a sourdough loaf. It begins with our starter, Odie, combined with higher quality Wheat Montana bread flour, whole wheat flour, and dark rye flour. Honey, barley malt, and olive oil help to give this bread a soft interior with a beautiful crumb and a nicely browned crust. This is a great all-purpose bread.
