Payment & Order Policy

• A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm and secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due the day before pickup.

• Please note: A late fee will be automatically applied to your invoice if payment is not received within 24 hours of the due date.

Pickup Information

• A pickup confirmation will be sent one day prior to your scheduled pickup date.

Rush Order Fees

• Orders placed within 7 days of the desired pickup date are considered rush orders and will incur an additional fee of $10–$15, depending on the order size and complexity.
