Order Terms and Conditions Your order is not officially placed until you have accepted your invoice and your order is paid in full; please remember this is an inquiry form and filling it out does not guarantee we are able to take your order. After an invoice is sent, the client has 24 hours to accept the invoice and submit full payment or their order slot may be given to someone else. We will send a confirmation shortly after the invoice is paid. All invoices must be paid online through the link sent. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours, we regret that we may become booked in that time and may not be able to take your order. We are unable to send reminder emails, paying the invoice and securing the order is the client’s responsibility. Payments will not be refunded in case of client cancellation. If cookies are started or completed and are not picked up on the date they were ordered for, we are unable to remake the cookies for a future date. No refunds, returns or exchanges on custom orders. Once an invoice is paid, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds. Nummy Nums Custom Cookies is not a nut-free/gluten-free/allergen-free facility and therefore can not guarantee our cookies to be nut-free/gluten-free/allergen-free, even if you make us aware there is an allergy. We retain the right to photograph cookies and post pictures we take of all cookies made to our social media pages, website, and/or print, unless discussed with the client prior to order placement. We cannot be held responsible for damage that comes to your order after pickup or delivery. No refunds or credit will be issued for damage that comes to your order after it leaves our facility. In the case where your date needs to be postponed for any reason, a minimum two week notice before the original pickup date must be given to stop the original order. Making cookies for a new date is only possible if we have availability on our calendar. If we are fully booked for your requested reschedule date, we regret that we are not physically able to accommodate that date. Thus, the more notice we have the more likely we will be able to accommodate your request. In the case where a postpone request is made less than two weeks notice, we are unable to refund, offer credit, or remake the cookies for a later date. If you change the design of your custom order, your new design may come in at a different price than what was originally paid. Two reschedules is the firm maximum and must be made within one year of your original date, otherwise your order will be forfeited and no refund will be given. Your order will be ready for the pickup date and time chosen on the order form unless otherwise discussed. If an order is not picked up after seven days from the pickup date on the form (or otherwise discussed and confirmed) the cookies can be disposed of at the discretion of Nummy Nums Custom Cookies with no notice and no refund or credit to the customer. One reminder attempt will be made via call or email after the expected pickup date, but no reminders will be given beyond that. Although we do our best to keep our colors as close as possible, we can not guarantee exact color matches for any order, and especially in regards to edible printed image cookies; there may be a difference between the image file colors and what is printed from the edible printer or what icing colors we can create. If the resulting color differs from the color in the file image you sent us, we regret that we can not offer any refund or credit. For edible printed cookies, the printer manages colors and any variation is out of our hands, regardless of the degree of color variation. Although it is a rare occurrence, Nummy Nums Custom Cookies reserves the right to cancel orders in case of emergency and 100% of payment will be refunded to the client in this type of situation.
