When is my final payment due? Final payment must be paid by the agreed-upon due date before pickup or delivery. Orders will not be released with an unpaid balance. 3. Do you offer refunds? Due to the custom and perishable nature of my products, all payments and deposits are non-refundable. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your order. 4. Can I make changes to my cake design? Design changes must be discussed and approved before work begins. Once your cake or custom design has been started, major changes cannot be made. 5. Do you make fondant cakes? Yes. Fondant may be required for certain 3D cakes, sculpted cakes, purses, detailed decorations, or specific design elements. Some designs cannot be recreated accurately using buttercream only. 6. Will my cake look exactly like my inspiration photo? Inspiration photos are used as a guide. Because every cake is handmade, your cake will not be an exact replica. I will create a custom version while staying as close as possible to the requested theme, colors, and overall design. 7. Do you offer edible images? Yes. Edible images and custom photo prints are available. Please send clear, high-quality photos whenever possible. Colors may appear slightly different after printing or once placed on the cake due to moisture, frosting, refrigeration, and lighting. 8. Do you offer delivery? Yes. Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location. Delivery availability must be confirmed when placing your order. 9. What happens after I pick up my cake? Once your cake has been picked up or successfully delivered, the customer is responsible for proper handling, transportation, storage, and setup. Cakes should be transported on a flat surface in a cool vehicle. 10. How should I store my cake? Keep your cake refrigerated until approximately 1–2 hours before serving unless you are given different instructions. Keep cakes away from direct sunlight, heat, and warm vehicles. 11. Do you accept last-minute orders? Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability. Rush fees may apply for orders placed within a few days of the requested date. 12. How far in advance should I order? Booking as early as possible is recommended, especially for weekends, holidays, large orders, tiered cakes, 3D cakes, or event packages. Your date is not reserved until your deposit is received. 13. Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions? Please tell me about any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. While certain ingredient substitutions may be available, products are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens may also be present. 14. Do you offer vegan cakes? Yes, vegan options may be available by request. Vegan orders must be discussed before booking so the proper ingredients can be prepared. 15. What if I am late for pickup? Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time. If you are running late, contact me as soon as possible. Significant delays may interfere with other scheduled orders or deliveries. 16. Can I send you a picture of the cake I want? Absolutely. You can send inspiration photos along with your preferred colors, theme, flavor, size, wording, and any changes you would like. I will use the photo as inspiration to create your custom design. 17. How do I officially book my order? Send your event date, cake size, flavor, theme/design, inspiration photos, pickup or delivery preference, and any special requests. Once availability and pricing are confirmed, your deposit secures your order. 18. Can I cancel my order? You may cancel your order, but deposits and payments already made are non-refundable due to preparation, supplies, custom materials, and reserved booking time. 19. Do you make treats and desserts too? Yes. Custom cupcakes, cheesecakes, Bundt cakes, chocolate-covered treats, pretzels, Rice Krispies treats, custom treat packaging, and other dessert options may be available. 20. Do you offer complete event services? Yes. In addition to custom cakes and treats, event services may include decorating, balloons, backdrops, dessert tables, catering, custom party items, and DJ services depending on availability.
