We took our much-loved, long-fermented, butter-loaded brioche sourdough sweet roll dough… made it chocolate… then layered it with buttery brown sugar goodness and crushed Oreo cookies all throughout those soft, swirly layers. They’re rich without being overly sweet, perfectly soft and fluffy, and have that signature Nova Dough Co. slow-fermented flavour that just hits different. Then they get topped with a smooth cookies & cream cream cheese icing with even MORE Oreo cookies folded right in… because obviously we had to fully commit to the cookies & cream situation.
