After countless hours of experimentation, love, and a passion for crafting the perfect loaf, I am excited to share my artisanal sourdough breads with you all along side some scrumptious sourdough discard treats and delectable home baked cookies as well.

My name is Michelle, I’m dedicated to using high-quality, organic ingredients to create delicious, naturally leavened bread and sweet treats that’s are both wholesome and flavorful.
