Payment & Deposit Policy for Notorious Me Cakes LLC
To secure your order, payment is required as follows:
Orders $100 or Less:
Full payment is required upfront within 48 hours of the invoice being sent.
Orders not paid within this timeframe will be canceled, and the date will be released.
Orders more than $100:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to pickup or delivery.
Non-Refundable:
All deposits and full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This ensures coverage of ingredients, supplies, and time reserved for your order.
Changes to Orders:
Any changes (size, design, flavor, etc.) must be requested at least 5 days before the event. Additional charges may apply.
DeliveryStandard Delivery Area: Delivery within my local area is included (or available at no extra charge/standard fee if applicable). Pick up suggested. 
Outside Delivery Area:
Deliveries outside the normal service area are subject to a $0.75 per mile fee (calculated round trip) to and from [your base location].
Minimum Order for Delivery outside my area:
$100 minimum order for delivery
Edible Images:
Cakes featuring an edible image will incur a $5 fee per image.
Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-resolution images to ensure the best quality.
