A 50% retainer is required at the time of order.
Your order is not finalized until the deposit is paid.
**After delivery or pickup, all responsibility belongs to the customer**
Policies
Deposit & Cancellation
Deposit is required to confirm your order and will count towards your full payment. If canceled after 48 hours deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due 1 week before pickup. If placing an order within 1week of pick up, full payment is due at the time of order.
Delivery Terms
Delivery is available based on a 10 mile radius with a flat rate of $15. **We are not responsible for damage due to customer handling after delivery is made.
Shipping
Shipping is currently available in the U.S. Items available for shipping include Cookies, Caramel Jars, Cake Jars, and the Mini Loaf cakes. Shipping is currently through USPS Priority. Cost will be calculated upon order receipt. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know so we can ensure on time delivery.
