Not Your Average Cookies

• Payment due - A 50% deposit is required to book your order. Your payment reserves your pick-up date too! Once payment is received I will order all the cutters, sprinkles etc needed for your cookies!

• Flavors 😋 - We offer flavors by dozen and our current menu includes - vanilla sugar cookie, almond, lemon, cookie butter, funfetti and cookies & cream.

• Pickup Dates and Times - Pickup times are set upon ordering. We understand things can change, please let us know if you need to reschedule. All pickups will be at the Hughesville Volunteer Fire Department unless otherwise arranged.

• Refunds - I can only offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news - you will still get the cookies!

• Delivery Clause - All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within 20 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee.

• Change Cutoff - Decisions are tough! But we're here to help. Order changes can be made 14 days prior to when they are due. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply. (This is because I have likely already gathered all materials needed!)

• Inspiration- I LOVE a good inspo pic! I want to make sure we are on the same page as far as your vision goes. BUT, they’re just that - inspiring. We’ll try to keep it close but keep in mind these are done by hand and one of a kind! If there are specific things you definitely want to see, be sure to let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate!

• In a hurry? - While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort too. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 10 days will require a rush fee. DM for pricing.

• Price Adjustments - All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means I can't honor old pricing (because the local grocery store won't honor their old butter prices - darn it).

• Product Photography - Say Cheese! 📸 We photograph our clients orders to show off your pretty sweet lookin' treats. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me. They are never posted until after the event!

• Keep those cookies safe! - Once you pickup your order, what happens to your cookies is your responsibility! Keep 'em safe & keep 'em cool! I’m not responsible for the cookies once they leave my hands.

• Achoo! Allergies? - Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please reach out so we can chat!

• Cottage Food Laws - Our cookies have been made in a home kitchen and are not subject to Maryland’s food safety regulation. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law.

• Payment means you have read and accept these terms and you are ready to indulge in deliciousness! Yay! We cannot wait to create cookies for your event that are beautiful and delicious!
