Today was the first day I had placed an order for some products.And I have to say, everything was amazingly good. The sourdough sandwich bread was phenomenal.The sourdough baguette so good. I also ordered two cookies natella chocolate chip amazing and the pistachio cream cookie.So good she also gave me sourdough english muffins to try they were very very good.Her breads are very light with a soft texture and a nice crust the breads had just the right amount of sourdough, not too sour just right .You really have to give her stuff a try I promise you will not be disappointed she puts a lot of love and care into her products.You will see that even in her packaging I have tried a lot of sourdough breads on this island and personally, I believe none of them can compare to hers she stands a 100% behind her products. Absolutely delicious homemade bread and cookies. You can taste the quality in every bite — fresh, healthy, and made with the best ingredients. Everything feels homemade in the best way possible. My kids looove the Nutella cookies; and the olive bread is my absolute favorite. Highly recommend!

My husband is not a big fan of bagels because he doesn’t like how they’re usually so dense. But when he tried Jane’s plain sourdough bagels, he said they’re better than anything he’s tried in NY. Today he tried the everything bagels and he loves how tasty they are — well-seasoned and the dough is fresh. I, on the other hand, tried a sample of the cinnamon raisin bagels and they taste exactly how I want them to. It would be great if they become a menu mainstay!

Jane’s sourdough goodies are truly THE BEST OF THE BEST. My 3 little ones only eat the English muffins and Bagels from Jane’s kitchen. The Olive bread is our absolute favorite!!! And of course the classic sourdough loaf is a weekly staple in our home. We love to bulk purchase to make sure we never run out of these sourdough goodies.

I ordered multiple times, three different kinds of loaves (whole grain, white and olive loaf). Each of them was amazing: taste, texture and crust - pure perfection!!! Truly is the best sourdough bread I have ever had!!! Thank you, Jane!

If there was an award for the greatest scones, these would be the winner!! I ordered the Buttermilk blueberry and the Raspberry white chocolate scones for a party and there wasn’t a crumb left. They were absolutely beautifully golden on the outside with a nice crisp edge which held the shape of the scone. These scones, I was told were made with fresh fruit and after biting into each one you can taste the burst of the blueberry and the balance of the raspberry with the subtle sweetness of the white chocolate. They were tender and moist and melted in your mouth..truly a work of art! What sets these scones apart from all the rest are their freshness. You can taste the quality ingredients and the heart and soul that went into the care and preparation to make them. Jane, you outdid yourself!! You have an incredible talent and you were a pleasure to do business with! I thank you and my family thanks you!!!

I stumbled across this charming home micro bakery through a local facebook group, and wow—I’m so glad I did! Everything I’ve tried has been exceptional, and it genuinely feels like the quality of a top-tier artisan bakery but with that warm, personal touch only a small-batch home operation can deliver. The sourdough bread is outstanding. It has that perfect deep, tangy flavor from a well-maintained starter, an incredibly crisp and crackly crust that shatters beautifully when you cut into it. The bagels are next-level. Chewy yet tender, with a gorgeous shiny crust and real sourdough tang. Don’t sleep on the English muffins either. These are thick, fluffy, and full of nooks and crannies that soak up butter like they’re made for it. And the scones… oh my goodness. Buttery, tender, not overly sweet, with that perfect crumbly-yet-moist texture Run don’t walk!

Jane’s bread and baked goods are absolutely incredible! Everything tastes so fresh and homemade — you can really tell she uses high-quality ingredients. The bread is perfect and the pastries are delicious without being overly sweet. On top of that, the service is outstanding. Jane is so warm, friendly, and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible sourdough bread. The crust is perfectly crisp with that satisfying crunch, and the inside is soft, airy, and full of flavor. You can really taste the freshness and the time that goes into making it. It’s slightly tangy in the best way and pairs perfectly with butter, olive oil, or just on its own.

I could not get enough of the blueberry scones so I ordered them again; but the cranberry orange ones may just be my new favorite. As you bite into it, the citrusy aroma greets you like an old friend and the soft consistency of the dough makes you think as though you’re eating a slice of cake. It’s the perfect snack!

Everything I got from noplainjane was absolutely delicious! The sourdough had a perfect crust with a soft center, the scones were one of a kind and the cookies were full of flavor - my kids couldn’t get enough. You can really taste the quality and care in her baking. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

My family and I recently had two loaves of sourdough bread, one which included Kalamata olives, as well as the English Muffins and everything bagels. The food quality and flavor of every item was absolutely exceptional. In addition, everything remained fresh for awhile. The chef’s fridge and reheat instructions for the bread worked perfectly - it was like getting a freshly baked loaf out of the oven. I haven’t had this level of quality baked bread since I was a kid. Amazing!

Best blueberry scones I’ve tasted!

Absolutely amazing baked goods! The scones are incredibly moist and flavorful, the sourdough bread is fresh and perfectly baked, and the chocolate chip cookies are truly to die for. Everything tastes homemade in the best possible way. You can tell a lot of care and quality ingredients go into every item. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious, fresh baked goods!

NoPlainJaneInTheKitchen never fails to amaze us with her amazingly delicious and scrumptious baked goods, sourdough bread, bagels and English muffins. We no longer buy regular grocery store bread, as this bread is now a staple in our house!
