Hi I'm Angela!

I own Noni's Bakeshop, a Cottage bakery in College Station TX. Noni's is named after my niece's family nickname. Her macaron obsession started my journey to learn how to make the best macarons we've ever had.

Although macarons are my specialty, pastry is my passion. I love making luxury desserts like cheesecakes, tarts, cream puffs and more for all occasions 🎉 as well as specialty gifts
