A $125 refundable damage deposit is also due at your booking. Property must be left in the condition you found it in. It is your responsibility to clean, and remove what you brought in, and ensure your guest are mindful of our things. If the condition of the property isn’t in the condition you found it “this will result in failure to receive your damage deposit back.”

We require a 12 person minimum to book this package. A deposit of $25 per guest will be applied to your invoice. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to your booking.
