Pricing

-Base pricing can be viewed either while ordering or under the products page.

-All pricing shown is base pricing and the amount will go up as you add more to the product.

Lead Time

-All orders must be placed one week in advance of due date.

Deposit and Payment

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at least 4 days prior to the due date to confirm your order.

- The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Order Changes and Cancellations

- Any changes to your order (e.g., design, quantity) must be requested at least 72 hours before the due date. Changes may incur additional charges.

- Cancellations made after the deposit is paid are non-refundable.

Refunds and Returns

- We do not offer refunds for cancellations, last-minute changes, or dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences. If there is an issue with the quality or fulfillment of your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address it accordingly.

Custom Designs

- While we strive to meet custom design requests, all designs are subject to creative interpretation. Minor variations may occur.

Pickup and Delivery

- We are not liable for damages to your order once it has left our care.

- Please arrive at the agreed-upon pickup time. Late pickups may affect product quality and freshness.

Allergens

- We handle ingredients that may contain common allergens (e.g., dairy, nuts, gluten). Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Liability Waiver

- By purchasing from us, the customer agrees that Nocturnal Crumbs is not liable for any allergic reactions or other health issues resulting from consuming our products.

Product Quality and Storage
