Terms and Conditions for Cookie Orders 1. Order Placement * Custom orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. * Orders can be made via Bakesy link: https://bakesy.shop/b/nikkis-sweet-shoppe 2. Payment * A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for orders over $50 at the time of order confirmation. * A non-refundable payment of 100% is required for orders under $50 at the time of order confirmation. * Full payment is due 7 days before the pickup date. 3. Changes and Cancellations * Changes to the order can be made up to 7 days before the scheduled date. * Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. 4. Delivery and Pickup * Pickup is available at home address given day of pickup. * Delivery options are available within Scurry area for a $1 per mile fee. Not exceeding 20 miles from home. 5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions * At this time we cannot accommodate for any allergies. * We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. 6. Quality Assurance * Every effort will be made to ensure your order meets specifications. * Complaints regarding quality must be made within 2 hours of delivery/pickup. 7. Liability * Our liability is limited to the cost of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect damages. * Once product is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for any damage to cookies. 8. Pricing * Pricing will start at $30 per dozen * Character cookies start at $40 per dozen 9. Amendments * We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
