I love sourdough bread and started making it for my family, which turned into friends and family requesting some too!! Then the sourdough possibilities became endless!

I’m not a morning person, so most of my baking and prep is done at night, hence Night Owl Bakery! Also, I’ve found that bakeries usually close by afternoon and I wanted to be available to the after work/evening crowd!
