Please note that once your order is accepted, we do not offer refunds. **Important Notice: Hot Weather Means Treats Will Melt!** **Cake Care Instructions:** - Always carry and hold the cake box and treats from the bottom. - Do not place the cake in direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. - Keep the cake in a cool environment at all times. - For best results, take the cake out 45 minutes before serving. - Transport your cake flat in an air-conditioned vehicle, and remove any loose objects. - Carry and hold the cake straight; do not tilt it. - Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator. **Allergy Disclaimer:** Please be aware of peanut allergies. **Refund Policy:** Nieah’s Treats LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once the product(s) has been picked up or delivered and accepted by you or a designated party. We are not responsible for the product once it leaves our possession. However, we may consider store credit or a discounted price on a custom order if the product quality does not meet your expectations. **Deposit, Payments, and Cancellations:** - All online orders are final. A deposit of 50% is required for all orders. - All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another order if necessary. No refunds will be issued. - If you place an order within 24 hours of booking and need to cancel, please inform the baker as soon as possible. - The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or upon pickup. **Delivery Terms:** - The delivery time must be confirmed one day in advance. - All delivery addresses must be provided on the order forms. - Delivery within a 5-mile radius of Blaine is free. - A flat delivery fee of $10.00 applies within a 20-mile radius; any distance beyond that will incur an additional charge of $0.75 per mile. - If you are not available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee will be required at the time of service. **Pickup Instructions:** - The pickup location is listed on your invoice. - Please note the time in the customer notes and contact the baker 10 minutes before your arrival. **Wait/Late Fees:** - Wait times exceeding 10 minutes will incur an additional fee of $5.00 for delivery or pickup. - All orders exceeding 10 minutes must reschedule the pickup time or delivery (a re-delivery fee will apply). **Fees:** (Note: These fees do not apply for party orders; all party orders must be submitted 3-7 days in advance.) - Express Fee for orders placed with less than 3 days’ notice: $20 - Next-Day Orders: $30 - Same-Day Orders: $50 - Squeeze-In Fee: $25 **Photographs and Marketing:** At Nieah’s Treats LLC, we respect the privacy of our clients. We will not disclose client identities (including photographs, names, event details, and contract details) without consent. However, we reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use those images on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use photographs for display or promotional purposes without compensation to you.
