Refund Policy: Nieah’s Treats LLC will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that met our quality standards once product(s) has been picked up/delivered and accepted by you or another designated party, we are not responsible for the product once it leaves our possession. Nieah’s Treats may consider store credit or discounted price on custom order, if the product quality is not met. Deposit, payments, cancellation For all online orders, all sales are final. A deposit of 50% is required for ALL orders. All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another order if necessary. Refunds will not issued. Order credits maybe given if order is cancelled within 24 hours notice. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded or credited. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or upon pick up. Delivery terms The delivery time must be confirmed 1 day prior. All delivery addresses must be submitted in order forms. Delivery in Blaine within 5 miles radius is free. Delivery fee within 20 miles radius is a flat rate $10.00, anything more than 20 miles radius will be additional .75 cents per mile! If the customer is not available to receive the delivery during delivery service, a re-delivery fee will be required at the time of service. Wait/late fee Wait time over 10 minutes will be charge an additional $5.00 fee delivery or pick up. All orders over 10 minutes must reschedule pick up time or delivery (an addition re-delivery fee will be required) Express fee: orders placed under $100 less than 3 days required, will be additional $20 fee Order placed $100 plus less than 3 days required, will be additional $40 fee Photographs and marketing Here at Nieah’s Treats LLC we respect the privacy for all our clients. We will not disclose the identity of clients (photographs of people,names, event details, and contract details) without consent. However we do reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use those photos on our website, social media, or as marketing materials.
