Hi! I'm Netta - wife, mother, grandmother and retired corporate executive living my dream job as a home baker and small business owner. I have been making cookies, pies and sweet treats for almost 50 years! Nothing has given me more joy than seeing the delight on the faces of hundreds who have enjoyed my confections! I am not a cake decorater or professional pastry chef but I can say that my cookies were featured on HGTV in 2018. Imagine that! I hope you will taste the "LOVE and SOUL" in every bite. Please provide 4 days advance notice on small orders. Large or multi orders will require a minimum of 5 days. 100% deposit is due upon invoice confirmation unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Deposits are non refundable, unless I personally cancel your order.

I would recommend you email me if you have questions or special requirements prior to making your deposit. This will ensure we meet your expectations which is my #1 priority!

I do not accept cancellations on small or individual size orders i.e. 1 pie, 1 cake, 1 banana loaf etc. I may allow cancellations on large or multi orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, however you must email me to discuss. After 24 hours of your order being placed no refunds can be made as I have already started the process of "creating" your order.

If you have a nut allergy or any other allergy please alert me when your order is placed.

Please adhere to the time and schedule of order pick ups and delivery. I will do my best to be flexible, therefore if you're unable to make your appointment please reach out to me ASAP. Communication is critical to ensure your product retains freshness.
