Frequently Asked Questions
• When you’re ready to order select “Request An Order”.
• After selecting, different categories from our menu will appear, choose the item(s) you would like.
• All items have a brief description of what is included.
• Once you have selected your item(s) you will be asked to add any specifications for your order.
• After completing, your order will be submitted to be accepted.
• All orders must be placed atleast 2 days in advance to ensure that your order can be fulfilled.
• Same day orders ARE available if you dm me on instagram at @nessaskitchen.co, there will be a $10 same day order fee.
• Please ensure that all your contact info is correct as all invoices will be sent via email / via text.
• Pickup address will be provided once your order is ready.
• Your order must be picked up on the date you selected for pickup.
• All orders must be picked up before 7pm. If your order is not picked up your order WILL be cancelled and sold to another customer.
• No call No show will result in you not being able to order again.
• Candied fruit is not meant to last. The juicier the fruit (Pineapples, Watermelon, Pickles) the less time you will have to consume them, as they result in a fast break down time.
• Please consume your fruit in a timely manner. Otherwise please KEEP YOUR FRUIT IN THE FREEZER TO PREVENT BREAK DOWN!
• Watermelon doesn’t last that long due to how juicy it is, please eat it first.
