Business Hours

•Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM •Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

•Sunday: Closed

Ordering Policy

•Orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance, subject to availability.

•A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders. The remaining balance is due 1 day before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

•No deposit = No order.

•Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Unpaid invoices may result in your order being canceled.

Rush Orders

•Orders placed within 3 days of the requested pickup or delivery date are subject to a $15 rush fee per dozen or per item, depending on the order.

Custom Orders

•I strive to recreate inspiration photos as closely as possible; however, each order is handcrafted and unique. Please allow me to put some creative freedom, as your order may not be an exact replicate of the inspiration image.

Pickup Policy

•Your scheduled pickup date and time are final. If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible.

•Orders not picked up within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time without prior communication will be considered abandoned and may be sold.

•Because all orders are custom-made, no refunds will be issued for orders that are abandoned or not picked up due to a lack of communication.

Order Responsibility

•Once your order has been picked up or delivered, I am not responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation or after the order leaves my possession.
