I’m Nikki Meyer, owner and baker behind Needville Sourdough Co. What began with giving away a few extra loaves quickly grew into a community-supported microbakery. I create handcrafted sourdough breads and treats with quality ingredients, lots of heart, and a commitment to serving my hometown—always baked with purpose.

Farm Stand open every Saturday at 9am with the exception of market days.
Tuesday’s Weekly Basics Stock Up Day! Limited quantities of original and jalapeño cheddar artisan loaves, sandwich loaves, and 4 packs of jumbo cinnamon rolls. Orders must be placed Monday by 8pm. Payment due at the time of order.
