• Can you do a last minute orders with less than a week notice? Depending on our previous schedule it maybe possible. Please send a text message to 530-356-0925 so we can speak directly and get a quicker idea of what you're needing, that way i can let you know if we can accommodate. • Will you deliver on post? Yes we will deliver on post but it needs to be scheduled ahead of time because there's only a couple of us available to do so, so I need to make sure that someone is available for the time needed. • Do you offer tastings? We do! We offer 2 different types of tastings boxes please see our "tasting boxes" to see which 1 will best suit your needs. • Do you do wedding cakes? Yes! We can provide tiered cakes, sheet cakes, dessert tables, small treats, anything your wildest sweet toothed dreams desire! • Do you offer gluten free cakes? Unfortunately I do not advertise anything as gluten FREE however we can do "low gluten." • Do you offer allergy friendly desserts? We do offer dairy free, egg free, sugar free, dye free, nut free options. • How long will my cake stay good for? Our cakes will stay fresh for up to 24 hours at room temperature (72 degrees) without noticing a significant change in quality. We highly recommend placing them sealed in a refrigerator, where they will last 5-7 days. You can also put them in a air tight container and freeze uneaten pieces. They will typically last about a month in the freezer.
