✨ All Customized Products are made from scratch and made to order. With that said, please order Customized Products at least five to seven days prior to the pickup/delivery date. Orders for cakes will not be accepted the day before or on the day of pickup/delivery. I understand life happens and you may need a cake three to four days prior to pickup/delivery; if I am available, I will try my best to accommodate these circumstances. ✨ No two cakes are exactly the same. Inspiration pictures act as a guide for your cake. Although I will make every effort to mimic your inspiration, customized products may differ to make your cake uniquely yours. ✨ Cake Fillings are an additional $7 per cake. These are the only cake fillings available at the moment. ✨ I currently only have round and heart cakes available as I am a beginner cake decorator. I am not accepting any tiered cakes nor cakes with complete fondant decoration. Please be patient with me as I am a self-taught baker who just began decorating cakes a few months ago.

✨ Please allow Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC at least 24 hours to respond to inquiries. ✨ An inquiry does not guarantee reservation. ✨ A 50% deposit will be required to secure your order. ✨ The deposit is accepted through CashApp or ApplePay within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. ✨ The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the final total. ✨ The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pickup or delivery.

When rescheduling, a new deposit will be required. ✨ Refunds will only be given if Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC fails to hold up their end of the contract. ✨ Refunds will not be given to those who neglect to read the contract. ✨ If a refund is required, please allow 5-7 business days for the money to be issued.

✨ If you want to pick up your order, you will receive a text with the address the day before. ✨ If you choose to change to a last-minute delivery, delivery fees will be applied. ✨ Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC asks that you text when you are on the way to ensure your order is packaged and ready to go when you arrive. ✨ For safety reasons, Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC asks that you describe the make and model of your vehicle upon arrival. ✨ Pickup grants you curbside services, so Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC asks that you text when you arrive, and Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC will bring out your order. ✨ You assume all responsibility for any damages to your order once it leaves Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC’s possession. ✨ With that, Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC has provided you with some do’s and don’ts to ensure safe travels: ✅ Arrive with an air-conditioned vehicle. ✅ Place orders flat on the floor with minimal room for movement. ✅ Drive for yourself and those around you. Cautiously and carefully. ❌ Place orders on someone’s lap or seat. ❌ Place orders in the trunk. ❌ Leave orders in the vehicle for long periods with no air conditioning.

✨ Delivery fees are calculated based on mileage. Please check the invoice before payment to ensure the correct delivery address is reflected. ✨ Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC will deliver the order to you at your scheduled time. ✨ If you need to change the delivery time, please let Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC know as soon as possible. ✨ Please be at the agreed address, on time, and ready with final payment. ✨ You assume all responsibility for any damages to your order once it leaves Neat and Sweet Bakery LLC’s possession. ✨ Delivery charges are as follows: 🚗 1-5 miles: $10 🚗 6-10 miles: $15 🚗 11-15 miles: $20 🚗 16-20 miles: $30 🚗 21-30 miles: $45 🚗 31-40 miles: $60 🚗 41-50 miles: $75
