Thank you for ordering with Nats Sweet Treats we appreciate your support. ❤️

**POLICIES**

-50% deposit is NON refundable.

-72hrs prior to pick up or delivery date requested by client the remaining 50% balance is due.

-Pick up or delivery date will be subject to change if payment is not received on the that 72hr mark.

“I will not start or complete an order without full payment.”

-Pick up / delivery time will be discussed upon receiving the full balance due.

-On the Day of pick up you have a minimum of 3 hours prior to the pre scheduled pick up time to let me know if you need to change the time.

-If you are late for pick up there will be a fee of $5.00 for every half hour past pick up time.

-This late fee will be required BEFORE you can receive the cake.

-Once you receive your order I will attach a pre taken photo of the order before and after packaging and attach them to the invoice and send that completed invoice to you.

‘Once I hand you the order it is no longer my responsibility. (This also applies to the uber courier delivery if you choose to use this delivery option. Once handed off to the driver I am no longer responsible for the order)

-Nats Sweet Treats will not be at fault to any damage to the order upon travel or any other circumstances.

*I truly appreciate my customers and all I ask is for well rounded communication so that I may continue to put out my best work with the best quality all around. As long as you communicate with me no fees should be added and if a mistake happens while driving or an accident happens and the order gets damaged but is repairable you can bring it back and I can do my best to fix it if I have time and a fee can be discussed. Communication is key ✨
