Policies
TERMS & CONDITIONS
-❗️ Please make us aware of any allergies❗️
- All orders will require a non-refundable deposit up front. (Pre-Sale orders will require full payment upon ordering)
- ORDERS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID! This means that your spot is not secure & can be filled by another paying customer. We do NOT hold dates without payment.
‼️Please only send the requested deposit amount once invoice is sent. Remaining balance must be paid 2 days prior to pickup date‼️
- Custom orders require a 2 week advance notice. Anything sooner will require a $30 rush fee.
❗️When picking up an order we have a 15 minute grace period. Not arriving within this time will result in having to reschedule pick up as well as a $20 late fee.
***PLEASE do not knock or ring doorbell if you arrive earlier than 10 minutes before the time agreed upon.***❗️
- Friday pick ups will be after 5pm. Saturday & Sunday pick ups are from 9am-11am.
***You will receive a message the day before pickup to schedule a specific pick up time***
- Any inspo pics sent in are used for just that, inspiration. This means that my product will not be 100% identical to the picture.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available upon request. Delivery charge will be based off distance (No further than 15 miles).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All deposits for any order placed are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All pre-sale orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Any custom order cancelled less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to due date is responsible for paying the FULL remaining balance.
‼️In the event that I myself become ill or have a family emergency, you will be contacted ASAP & a refund for your deposit down will be issued. This is the ONLY circumstance a refund will be issued‼️
CAKE POLICY
- Orders will not be handed over/delivered until balance is completely paid for. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Once cake is in customer possession, it is no longer our responsibility. (Cake care instructions will be given at time of pickup/delivery)
CAKE CARE
- All cakes should be kept in refrigerator until 1 hour before serving or at room temperature if serving the day of pickup/delivery.

- If your picking up your cake, please do not place it on the seat of your car. Keep it on the deck (leveled) & don’t make sharp turns, to prevent falling/tipping. Keep A/C running at its coolest temperature.
- All tiered cakes will contain dowels so please no face smashing!
- During the hot months, no cake should be placed outside. Cake WILL melt!
