We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your pickup or delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future order.

Because every item is custom-made, no refunds or changes can be made within 72 hours of your scheduled date.
