Thank you for choosing us! To reserve your event date, a deposit is required upon receipt of the invoice. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable. Your order will be officially placed on our calendar once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance for your order is due 6 days prior to the event before 5PM. Regrettably, any orders not paid within 6 days of the event will need to be canceled, unless we receive notification of a delay, in which case you'll have an additional 2 days to complete the payment. Ex.. If order is for Saturday payment should be received by that Sunday before 5 PM. If you can't make it for that date. With notification, payment can be extended for Wednesday no later than 5PM. If not received. Order will be cancelled. For orders placed with less than two weeks' notice, a $30 rush order fee will apply. Please note that we offer delivery for tiered cakes only, unless the customer pays for the delivery fee. All other orders are available for pickup at the agreed-upon time.
