Terms and Conditions

* Weddings & Events over $150

Regarding rescheduling: if given at least 90 days notice from the date of the event, a new date will be discussed/rearranged with no extra fee. If rescheduling occurs within 60 days of original event date, a fee of $75 will be added.

Initial deposit is due by requested date in order to book your custom order. If deposit is not paid by said date, the order will be deleted from the calendar and considered "cancelled". Remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before delivery.

Regarding cancellations: If an order is canceled prior to 30 days before the event date, a refund of deposit will be administered (if paid in full, only half of payment will be returned). If cancellation occurs within 30 days of event date, there will be no refund administered.

*Orders under $150-

Regarding rescheduling: if given at least 7+ days notice from the date of the event, a new date will be discussed/rearranged with no extra fee. If rescheduling occurs less than 5 days of original event date, a fee of 25% of the order price will be added.

Initial deposit is due by requested date in order to book your custom order. If deposit is not paid by said date, the order will be deleted from the calendar and considered "cancelled". Remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before delivery.

Regarding cancellations: If an order is canceled prior to 7+ days before the event date, a refund of deposit will be administered (if paid in full, only half of payment will be returned). If cancellation occurs less than 7 days of event date, there will be no refund administered.
