Ordering, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

Ordering:

Orders are available for pick-up Monday - Friday during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM).

Pick-up is free of charge. Delivery is available and charged at $2 per mile based on location. Example $30/15 miles

Order Placement:

Orders must be placed a minimum of 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Rush orders (2 - 5 days in advance) are subject to a $25 fee. The fee must be paid along with the deposit to confirm your order.

Payment:

Upon submitting your order form, an invoice will be sent to you.

A deposit of 50% is required for order confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid the day of the scheduled pick-up or delivery.

Additional Information:

The address for pick-up will be sent via text message once your order is confirmed and the deposit is made.

We accept rush orders for an extra fee to accommodate urgent requests.

***Cancellation Policy***

As a small business crafting our cakes to order, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. Please note that cancellations within this timeframe will incur a 50% inconvenience fee.
