Hi, I’m Monica. I’m a wife and mom of three amazing boys. My deep-rooted love for baking and decorating began in childhood, spending time in the kitchen with my mom. In 2004, I enrolled in the Wilton decorating classes after discovering my son has severe nut allergies, seeking to make safe and enjoyable cakes for him. As time passed, my focus shifted, but the COVID-19 pandemic reignited my passion for baking. Returning to this creative outlet not only brought me personal joy but also allowed me to share happiness with loved ones. Encouraged by friends and family who enjoyed my treats, I decided to establish my own home bakery. Crafting edible works of art and mouth-watering treats fills me with pride, and I am excited to share my love of baking with you.
