The easiest way to order is through the Bakesy website. If you have a custom order or need something for an event, feel free to contact us via phone, text or email with any inquiries.
What is a Pre-Order vs. a Custom Order?
(1) "Pre-order" means reserving specific quanities and flavors of baked goods and treats for an up and coming date and time. Not the same day.
(2) "Custom Order" means placing a personal order specific to the customer’s request that may differ from the typical items found on the menu.
Can I order in smaller quantities?
A typical order comes in 1/2 or full dozen. Some treats are available in single quantities. You can purchase smaller quantities of treats at pop-up events or weekly bake sales found on my social media.
How can I place a pre-order?
We will announce on social media (Facebook and Instagram) what treats we will have on hand and looking to take pre-orders. Or, you can go to the preorder section on the website and request an order.
Do you deliver?
Yes. For a fee of .75 cents per mile within Colorado Springs, Fountain and Fort Carson Areas.
Do you ship your treats?
Yes. Items that don’t require refrigeration and within Colorado limits.
Do you have a store front?
No. We are a cottage bakery and run a small business from a residential setting.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo, or you can use your debit or credit card on the website. We also take cards in person via card reader when we are at popup shops or vendors events.
How far in advance do you need to order?
For smaller orders, we typically ask one week. For larger orders (for parties, birthdays, etc…) we ask two weeks. It varies with availability.
Depending on the circumstances we are willing to work with you.
Is there a deposit?
For orders under $100 - no.
For orders over $100, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the due date.
How many cookies can I order in a variety cookie box?
You can mix and match anyway you like to order up to 6 different cookies, as long as cookies are not sold out at the time of order.
Examples:
4 chocolate chip, 4 M & M’s, 4 Cookies & Cream.
2 Banana Pudding, 10 Chocolate Chip
6 Peach Cobbler, 6 Birthday Cake
Do you have a food handler certificate?
Yes, with the state of Colorado.
Is your business registered with the State of Colorado?
Yes. We are an LLC.
What is your social media?
We are listed on Facebook as Mrs. Neil’s Sweets & Treats. We are also listed on Instagram as mrs_neils_sweets.
Can I get treats on the same day?
Preorder is our preferred method to ensure that your treats yield the best quality and time management.
Acceptions are made if we have a bake sale running. Treats maybe available and will be announced on our social media platforms.
Do you offer refunds?
We will be accountable for any mistake that is made on our end. Otherwise, no.
