What type of icing do you use?
Royal icing is used for all custom sugar cookies.
How do I go upon canceling?
All orders can be canceled through text /email. Any cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.
How long in advance from my event do I need to place an order?
Orders are placed 2 weeks in advance. This will give time to get supplies needed, as well as finishing other orders.
Will I be refunded for orders that I cancel?
All sales are final and non refundable. This includes the 50% down payment.
Will I have to pay for the final payment after I canceled my order?
No. Only payment required and non refundable is the 50% down payment.
